STATIONARY FLATS
- The SOBELCARD stationary flats, as standard are made from ENDURA long life BEKAERT
micro-alloy steel.
The ULTRA super long life BEKAERT micro-alloy steel is available as an option for the back stationary flats, where the wear resistance needs to be higher.
- The stationary flat programme of SOBELCARD offers a complete range to suit all known pre- and post-carding systems of all carding machine types, as well as carding segments for lickerins
and blowroom equipment.
- The code of the different types is designed to show the type stationary flat and the point density
ppsi. All the stationary flat types are colour coded for easy identification.

These stationary flats have been specially developed to fit to many types of aluminium flat bars. They are designed to resist fibre loading and have a working area of over 85 % of their available surface. |
