 INTERLOCKED WIRE
Interlocked wire ensures higher resistance and greater security to avoid breakage or damage to the carding machine. Interlocking is recommended when working with large working widths as well as for processing long and coarse fibres. The application of interlocked wire is also recommended for feed rollers, feed roller cleaning rollers and pre-opening rollers.
Grooved rollers can be turned off for the installation of interlocked clothing for easier maintenance.
CYLINDER AND DOFFER ROLLERS
Cylinder wires are designed to optimise the latest technologies for each type of fibre.
Cylinder wires are available in either DURANDA standard or ENDURA micro-alloy steels and various super clean finishes for higher production levels and smoother transfer.
WORKER AND STRIPPER CLOTHINGS
The best results will be achieved with metallic card clothings for the processing of man-made fibres or blends of man-made fibres and wool. For the processing of fine and long types of wool we recommend flexible clothings for the workers.
TRANSFER AND TRANSPORT ROLLERS
Transfer roller wires need to be aggressive and tough to assure proper transport of the fibres between the rollers.
MOREL CLOTHINGS
Morel clothings are only used on roller cards for worsted yarn and only on elements with burr removers.
Variable tooth pitch wires are ideal for mounting with only one clothing.
RANDOM ROLLERS
Random roller wires can be manufactured in ENDURA micro-alloy steel for longer life time. They can also be supplied with MDB finish for a smoother transfer.
CONDENSOR ROLLERS
Condensor wires are specially designed to ensure optimised web transfer. The condensor wires can be supplied with MDB polished finish.
TAKE-OFF ROLLERS
Take-off roller wire can be supplied with MDB or CDB polished surface for smooth and efficient web transfer.
