Information required to provide the optimum specification is as follows:

• Card make and model
• Line drawing of the card with working width and roller diameter
• Cylinder, doffer and roller speeds
• Materials to be processed
• Staple length
• Denier or micron
• Production rate in kg/h or delivery speed and delivery weight
